BIRTHDAY CLUB PROGRAM RULES
ENTRY: No Purchase Necessary. Simply register to participate.
This Monthly Sweepstakes is 1) open to U.S. residents who have a valid e-mail address and are 18 years of age or older, and 2) void in any area where prohibited by law. Employees and agents, and their immediate families of Simply Perfect Gifts, LLC are not eligible.
To enter, you must submit your registration at www.simplyperfectgifts.com. All entries must be received by 11:59 pm U.S. Eastern Time on the last day of each month in order to be eligible for the drawing held for the following month.
Each individual may enter only once and only one entry per e-mail address is permitted; applicants with multiple entries may be disqualified for that month's drawing. If you do not have a personal e-mail account, you may obtain one at no cost at http://www.hotmail.com or a similar service.
WINNER SELECTION and PRIZE:
On or about the first day of each month, one winning e-mail address will be chosen randomly by Simply Perfect Gifts, LLC from all eligible entries for the current month. The e-mail address chosen will be the winner for the current month. The winner will be awarded a $50 gift certificate towards any Distinctive Gift Set available within any category at the time of the drawing valued at $50 or less. A Distinctive Gift Set package valued below $50 will not be refunded the difference in cost. All shipping and tax will be charged at the normal rate of the full value. Gift certificates awarded must be claimed and gift received within 30 days of notification.
One winner will be chosen per month. Odds of winning depend on the eligible number of entries. Prizes will be awarded to the primary user of the e-mail account at the time of the drawing. In the event that you change your e-mail address, you will have the opportunity to update your e-mail address by e-mailing us. In the event that there is any confusion over the primary user of the account, an alternative winner may be selected.
The winner will be notified by e-mail within fourteen (14) days of the drawing. If Simply Perfect Gifts, LLC is unable to reach the winner via the initial notification e-mail within fourteen (14) days, an alternate winner may be selected.
All federal, state and local taxes, license and all other costs are the sole responsibility of the winner. All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the winner.
No alternative prize or other substitution is permitted. Simply Perfect Gifts, LLC reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. All other coupons, discounts or offers are void with this program and do not apply. No other offers may be combined.
Acceptance of any and all applicable Simply Perfect Gifts, LLC Terms and Conditions is a condition of participation in the Monthly Sweepstakes. Failure to abide by any and all Terms and Conditions constitutes a disqualification from this Monthly Sweepstakes.
The winner must sign a written release which authorizes Simply Perfect Gifts, LLC to use quotations (discussing the Gift Experience) for any and all Simply Perfect Gifts marketing and promotional purposes.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
All winners, by acceptance of prize, release Simply Perfect Gifts, LLC and their employees, officers, and representatives from any and all damages arising from this Monthly Sweepstakes.
Simply Perfect Gifts, LLC is not responsible for computer, internet, technical, or other problems of any kind, including but not limited to lost, stolen, not received, late or misdirected entries.
CAUTION:
ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
